I don't know. I was planning on writing the next chapter a few weeks ago.
But it just doesn't appeal to me right now.
I still have the whole ending in my head. I'd put it here, but some people might not want it ruined...

so you know cho killed fleur's mom. cho goes to azkaban, theres a riot at school about it, harry gets really sad, cedric freaks out, fleur is out the competition as you know but she misses cedric so she goes to see him in the third task. he dies in the third task, fleur is sad, and she kills herself. yeah. that is what i had planned. kinda romeo & juliet-ish but yeah... =/
